Well, nobody showed up to our small group tonight. Not sure what was going on. One girl we knew wasn't coming but after a few phone calls and an hour past the time we meet, we aren't sure what happened to the other family. We had a pitcher of strawberry lemonade and a chocolate silk pie starring at us in the face so we decided to call the neighbors and see if they wanted to come over. It turned out to be a great evening. The kids played in the pool, with bubbles, on the swing set and with sidewalk chalk and we enjoyed our lemonade, silk pie, and getting to know our neighbors on a more personal level. We have really been wanting to invite them to our small group but just haven't so maybe this was the Lord's way of helping us out! You all know I am a picture addict so ofcourse we took some tonight and here they are:

Looks like fun for all. The weather was perfect for playing in the pool this evening. Our kids did the same thing.
